Review: Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette

This palette has been released initially last year and it became such a hit that Too Faced re-released the palette and designed an entire collection around the theme of this palette. I was very intrigued with this product because of all the raves that it got from various beauty enthusiasts in the community, and when I saw that it was in stock at Sephora while I was doing a return, I did not hesitate and picked on up for my collection!

This palette retails for $49 and contains 18 eyeshadows that are in shades of pinks, corals and bronze. I love the variation of colors in the palette and really liked the idea of making this an everyday eyeshadow palette. There's enough variations of finishes in this palette that will surely help create many different makeup looks! The first thing I did notice once I opened this palette is that it smelled like peaches! For some reason, I didn't know that they made the palette scented, but that was a nice surprise.

The eyeshadows felt creamy and easy to blend. They were also very pigmented and I didn't have any issues when it came to fading after wearing it throughout the day. I really love the color scheme of the palette and like it for a varied everyday eyeshadow look.  What won my heart with the palette is the fact that you can do a complete makeup look with the eyeshadow colors without the need for other shades because it contains basic eyeshadow colors for the crease and a blending color. I also really like that while it's a predominantly neutral palette, it still contains eyeshadow shades ranging from a pop of olive green, purple and indigo shades, that works well with the neutral colors and can work to make a statement eyelook. I personally love the shades in cobbler, bellini and bless her heart.

Overall, this palette is definitely a great one to have, as far as recent eyeshadow palette releases go. I think it has some very practical colors to it that everyone can use for in an everyday look. Obviously, if you are a serial purchaser of eyeshadow palettes, this palette may not be as impressive to you because you most likely have the colors in this palette from your other eyeshadow palettes. However, it is still a great one especially where color scheme and eyeshadow quality is concerned. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking to expand your eyeshadow collection colors and even looking for a present!
