What is the difference between the artistry and beauty section?
The ARTISTRY section holds all of my freelance makeup artistry information. This is where you'll see my work from my previous jobs, what's in my freelance , and also learn more about the services I offer and the process of hiring me. The BEAUTY section contains my blog posts and videos where I share makeup tutorials, hauls, reviews and more. Basically, that is where I ramble on about anything beauty-related.
What equipment do you use?
Currently, I am using a Sony a5100 to take my product photos and videos. Sometimes, my photos are taken by DSLRs by the photographers I work with. I use a Diva Ring Light as my lighting.
i am interested in hiring you. How do i go about doing that?
Yay! Feel free to contact me at contact@kristineelse.com or kelsemua@gmail.com with "Freelance" on the subject line. This will help me priority your email right away. I will try to respond within 24-48 hours.
Why don't you have them in different websites?
I initially intended to separate my Artistry and Beauty websites. However, I wanted everything to be organized and all go together. This meant that having two websites is going to be very hard and complicated for me, like maintaining separate email accounts, website accounts, social media... and the list goes on. I didn't want that headache nor did I want to create a situation where I was more present in one website than another.
What editing apps do you recommend?
I mainly use FaceTune, Camera+ and Snapseed on my iPhone to edit my photos.
